INTRODUCTION TO KUNDALINI YOGA
This unique yoga practice combines movement, breathwork and sound. This powerful combination cleanses the tissues, organs, and mind. In a post-COVID world, we need practices that support strong immune systems, and the ability to be emotionally and mentally flexible. Kundalini yoga strengthens the nervous system, immune system, and glandular systems cultivating an increased capacity for well-being, calm, and a sense of ease at meeting life’s stress and challenges.
